I adore writing fanfiction. It's something that I find very challenging and stimulating as a writer. I don't have to go through the trouble of creating a believable world with characters! They're already there! What fun! :D I'm sorry to say that I don't enjoy reading fanfiction as much as I do writing it, however. I suspect that has something to do with the popular notion that fanfiction must all be smutty, character-pairing, mary-sue-inserting, bodice-ripping, tripe. I try to avoid that. Generally, I attmept to treat fanfiction just as seriously as I do my other writing. ...Mostly. Please take note that as this is fanfiction, there will be characters and concepts that do not belong to me!
